AS Realty is a real-estate advisory and channel partner. We curate residential and commercial property opportunities across India’s metros and Dubai, UAE, and assist buyers through discovery, site visits, negotiation and documentation. We are not the developer of the projects listed unless expressly stated.

Project details — including prices, areas, configurations, amenities, possession dates, images and RERA particulars — are provided by developers or compiled from public sources and are indicative only. They may change without notice and do not constitute an offer, guarantee or legal representation.

Always verify current particulars (including RERA registration on the relevant state RERA portal, or DLD/RERA records for Dubai) and the developer’s own documentation before making any decision. Images are illustrative; areas may be carpet, built-up or super built-up as indicated.

Content on this Website, including market commentary, projected yields and the Journal, is general information — not investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Property values can fall as well as rise. You should take independent professional advice suited to your circumstances before transacting.

For primary (new) bookings, AS Realty is typically remunerated by the developer and charges no brokerage to the buyer unless agreed in writing beforehand. Any fees for other services will be communicated and agreed before engagement. All payments for property bookings are made directly to the developer or as per the developer’s documented payment schedule — never to individual employees’ personal accounts.

• You agree not to misuse the Website — including scraping, attempting unauthorised access, submitting false enquiries, or infringing others’ rights.
• We may suspend accounts or refuse service where these terms are breached.

The Website, its design, text and the AS Realty name and logo are our property or used under licence. Project names, developer marks and project imagery belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. You may not reproduce Website content commercially without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AS Realty is not liable for losses arising from reliance on indicative project information, developer acts or omissions, delays in possession, market movements, or interruptions to the Website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The Website may link to developer sites, maps, WhatsApp and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services; we are not responsible for their content.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction. For services relating to Dubai properties, mandatory local regulations of the UAE/Dubai also apply to the underlying transaction.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
